Oro Valley, Arizona Housing Report For December 2015
The real estate market in Oro Valley for November 2015 decreased by 12 percent for the number of homes on the market from this same time last year. The number of closings in November 2015 was 42 which was an 8 percent increase from November 2014. Year-to-date 2015 there were 723 closings, a 12% increase from year-to-date 2014. In November 2015 the months of inventory was a 7.3 which was down from 8.9 when compared to November 2014. Median price of sold homes was $282,500 for the month of November 2015, up 20% from November 2014. The Oro Valley area had 63 new properties under contract in November 2015, up 17% from November 2014.
