Median price of sold homes was $1,174,000 for the month of August 2020, up 32% from August 2019. The Tucson Luxury area had 60 new properties under contract in August 2020, up 173% from August 2019.

Median price of sold homes was $373,000 for the month of August 2020, up 4% from August 2019. The Oro Valley area had 103 new properties under contract in August 2020, up 26% from August 2019.

Median price of sold homes was $367,500 for the month of August 2020, down 1% from August 2019. The Rancho Vistoso area had 50 new properties under contract in August 2020, up 67% from August 2019.

    In the Sun City Oro Valley area, August 2020 active inventory was 7, a 13% decrease from August 2019. There were 9 closings in August 2020, a 31% decrease from August 2019. Year-to-date 2020 there were 76 closings, a 30% decrease from year-to-date 2019. Months of Inventory was .8, up from .6 in August 2019. Median price of sold homes was $301,950 for the month of August 2020, up 2% from August 2019. The Sun City Oro Valley area had 15 new properties under contract in August 2020, up 7% from August 2019.

Year-to-date 2020 there were 261 closings, a 40% increase from year-to-date 2019. Months of Inventory was .3, down from .9 in August 2019. Median price of sold homes was $262,875 for the month of August 2020, up 12% from August 2019. Year-to-date 2020 there were 1,169 closings, a 2% decrease from year-to-date 2019. Months of Inventory was 1.3, down from 2.5 in August 2019. Median price of sold homes was $429,500 for the month of August 2020, up 18% from August 2019. The Tucson North area had 186 new properties under contract in August 2020, up 22% from August 2019.
